There you have it, word for word. I stepped forward as he lead me to a room filled with blue print scrolls.

“Whoa.” I gazed.

“You like?” He asked handing me the scroll.

“Like? It’s a room filled with scrolls.” I informed.

“My prized collection,” He said.

I took the scroll from his hand, “I’ll give it back soon, I promise.”

He nodded, “Okay, just don’t lose it, rip it, draw on it, spit on it, or mess it up in anyway.”

“So, return it in its condition?” I asked.

“Yeah,” He nodded, “Exactly the way it was.”

I turned and walked towards the front door, “Thanks Reid, we’ll talk soon.”

He gave a sigh as I walked out the front door.

“You get it?” Vern asked as I approached him and the others in the van.

“I looked at him and nodded, “Yeah.” I held up the scroll.

I got into the driver’s side of the van then started it and drove off down the street.

“Did he give you any trouble?” James asked.

“Sort of.” I informed.

He laughed, “I hope he didn’t offend, the guy loves his scrolls.”

I huffed, “Yeah, I can tell.”

“He used to be a professional writer, the guy quit to collect scrolls.” He explained.

I knit my eyes, “Really?”

“Yeah,” He said, “He made millions off of two books.”

“What were they called?” I questioned.

“Uh, don’t remember. They were big though.”

I nodded and made a right turn and headed towards our safe house. We had gotten the blue prints and now we had to make a plan to infiltrate the bank and get Cole out all before he is discovered and shot.

I made a left turn and stopped at a traffic light. Cars stopped around us and waited for the light just as we were.

On the left there was a Black 67’ Chevy Impala and inside was a guy who looked like he stole the car. As I looked at him he turned to me and smiled, I winked at him. I had a plan.

I looked at Joey next to me, “I like that car next to us. A lot,”

Joey looked at me, “Ken, don’t you dare.”

I gave a smile, “You know me.”

“That’s why I’m concerned.”

The light changed and we sped off down the street. The Impala was on the left and right next to the van. I pulled back and got behind it.

“Ken, don’t get caught.” Derek ordered.

I stayed on the cars ass, “I won’t.”

The man inside the car beeped and I just went faster and got on his bumper. The car turned into a parking lot and slammed on his brakes. I stepped on the brakes as he angrily got out of the Impala.

“What’re you doing?” James asked as I took my seat belt off.

I unlocked my side door and opened it, “Like I said, I like that car,” I shut the door behind me as Joey got out after me.

“What's your problem man?” The guy yelled.

“Is that your car?” I asked approaching him.

He stepped back, “Yeah, what's it to you?”

I shrugged, “I like it.”

He knit his eyes, “Thanks.”

“Ken…” Joey said, “Hurry up.
